Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using EvaluAids, you agree to these terms. If you are using EvaluAids on behalf of a school or district, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Use of the service

• Accounts are for educators and administrators; keep your credentials confidential.
• Use the service only for legitimate educational assessment purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other accounts, or reverse engineer the platform.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Student content

You retain ownership of the class rosters, recordings, and results you submit. You grant EvaluAids a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the permissions required to record students and upload their information.

AI-generated scoring

Transcription and scoring are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate. Results are a support tool, not a diagnosis or an official evaluation. Teachers should review results and may override them. EvaluAids is not responsible for instructional or placement decisions made from automated output.

Availability and changes

The service is under active development. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or unforeseen issues. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other users.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvaluAids is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
